PA State Laurel Festival

Every year in mid-June the community of Wellsboro celebrates the blooming of Pennsylvania's State flower with the annual PA State Laurel Festival. The event includes a juried arts and crafts fair, queens pageant, fireman's carnival, bicycle and foot races, several musical concerts as well as the traditional two-hour Laurel Festival Parade.
