Riverfront Park in Harrisburg welcomes over 150 artisans, selling handcrafted wares in over 16 categories, for ArtsFest. The festival also features Kidsfest that provides fund for the entire family including face painting, balloon animals, sidewalk chalk creations and much more. There is also live music and food vendors.
