Maple syrup has been called "the nectar of the gods" and there's nowhere better to enjoy it than God's Country! Plan for a sweet weekend as Potter and Tioga Counties hosts the Annual Maple Festival. Join the fun, festivities and all things maple. Sample and buy locally made maple sweets and treats ranging from maple mustards and salad dressings to maple candy and sundaes and even maple cotton candy. Sugar shacking demonstrations, the Maple Festival parade and the crowning of the Maple Sweethearts will highlight the weekend. Events and activities include various vendors and craft booths, music and entertainment, car show and historical tours.
