Where Historic Charm Meets Modern Comfort, our historic Dutch Colonial (built in 1912)  sits perfectly between town and countryside. Located a mile and a half from the heart of downtown Lancaster, with its famous Central Market, theaters, galleries, vast dining options and nightlife scene, while also minutes from the serene backdrop of the Amish countryside. Along with its beatuiful farms and markets, the villages of Bird-in-Hand, Intercourse, Kitchen Kettle, Strasburg (and the old railroad), Sight & Sound Theater, The American Music Theater and Tanger Outlets, are all within a 10-15 minute drive. There are seven charming guest rooms all with private bathrooms and modern amenities, and many common spaces to rest and recharge after a busy day. Read a book, have a glass of wine or cup of tea, enjoy each other's company and our afternoon treats, baked daily in-house. Relax on the patio or to the sounds of waterfalls in an adirondack chair by the goldfish pond.
