The Station Inn

Built as a hotel for railroad travelers in 1866, today we are a destination for rail enthusiasts and history buffs alike. The Inn sits 150 feet from the busy Norfolk Southern Pittsburgh main rail line. The route from Altoona to Johnstown includes some of the steepest mainline grades east of the Mississippi. The area is unique because of the combination of mountain railroading and the variety and density of its traffic. The Station Inn has five two-room suites, a large three-room suite and two single rooms. All have private baths. A family style breakfast is served each morning. The world famous Horseshoe Curve and Gallitzin Tunnels are nearby. Meeting and event space available for private parties, reunions, and other events.
